El Paso is steeped in southwestern history and is at the crossroads of cultural diversity and commerce on the US- Mexico border. It counts among its residents many nationally and internationally accomplished artists. The Sunland Art Gallery is unique among the city's numerous galleries bringing together 30 artists under one roof in an artist co-op setting. These artists in the Sunland Art Gallery display works of superb creativity in many disciplines, styles and media including: southwestern, traditional realism, impressionism, multi-media, abstract, sculpture, porcelain, jewelery, miniatures and greeting cards.
The Sunland Art Gallery is El Paso's only fine art co-op gallery whose talented local artists are available to assist and discuss their fine works of art to meet everyone's needs. To that end, most artists also welcome commissioned projects. The gallery is located on the second floor of the Sunland Park Mall, 750 Sunland Park Drive, El Paso, Texas 79912,and is easily accessible from the main entrance. The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 A.M. through 8:00 P.M., and Sundays from 12:00 P.M. through 6:00 P.M.
